Removing Google ads
Do we need the google ads as a revenue stream? Should we remove this from our community site?

google ads are enforced by ning, that is part of their business model for free community sites. the only way we can take them off is to start paying for the ning site, which would mean looking for a sponsor who would then, i guess, want his ads displayed on the site. i personally have no problem of ignoring google ads on the right. what do others think?
